I'm so excited about this blog. And those two links are great! I had to stop myself while looking through them because I had other things to get done. I just wanted to let you know too that James has a ward emergeny response team and groups set up and a google maps set up. I'm sure that he will email it to you when he gets the chance and hopefully that will help you get started.
